Teacher's Kid and Mohawk

i've recently discovered i really like mohawks on chicks. it just looks cool. maybe one day i'll listen to my friends and get one

the kid in the top corner is my teacher's son and he made me light up like a christmas tree for the rest of the day. see, it was the last day of class and I was picking up my projects while my teach and his kid was hanging out and looking at everyone's stuff. i had made a little bot monster guy and the teach led him straight to it to look at it. that made me happy cuz i really respect that guy. but then that kid started talking to me about it and asked if i found all the bolts myself. when i said yes, he looked at me with wide-eyed wonder and and proceeded to touch it like it was a priceless artifact, telling me how cool it was. it made me feel like a real artist, it made me so happy that i could make some kid that enchanted. it made me remember why i got into art; that i was that kid years ago with eyes filled with wonder.
